March issue :  February 7
June           :  May 7
September  :  August 7
December   :  November 7    (Contact us for any deadline extension)

All ads must be submitted as EPS, TIFF, or PDF file format, at a resolution of 300dpi

Business card size  :  150.
Quarter page size   :  200.
Half page size        :  350.
Full page size         :  600.

In some cases we realize our publishing deadlines can’t accommodate your advertisement needs.  So we offer to post your ad on our WPOA Website (www.wpoaca.com) for a cost of $250.00. 

Ads that run continuously get a 20% discount

Generally, we can handle rush orders as well.  We handle all of our own advertising and 100% of the monies goes back into our non-profit organization.
